1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use rinyayahome.com and any game on it (the "Service"), operated as Rinyaya ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service or opening an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can play

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must live in the United Kingdom.
• Each person may have one account.

We ask you to confirm your age on arrival and when you join. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK, we'll close it and delete its data.

3. Free play, not gambling

• Coins are handed out free: when you join, with the daily key and during games.
• Coins, XP and keys have no monetary value and can't be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn.
• We may change coin amounts, XP rules or levels, or reset balances, at any time.
• Success in our free games doesn't mean you'd succeed at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

You can play every game as a guest. If you open an account, you agree to:

• give accurate details and keep your email address current;
• keep your password secret and not share your account;
• let us know straight away through the contact form if you think someone else has used it.

Accounts are created and verified on our server. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and five wrong attempts pause sign-in for 15 minutes. If you use Google to sign in, Google's terms also apply to that step.

5. The games

Every game is our own and loads from our servers inside the page. We try to keep them online and working well, but can't guarantee they'll always be available, error-free or unchanged. If a game malfunctions, the round affected is void and we may adjust balances.

The artwork, names, code, text and Rinyaya brand belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.

6. House rules

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or exploits to play or gather coins;
• try to access other accounts, our server files, logs or systems;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through our forms;
• use the Service for commercial purposes.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account and removal of its coins and progress.

7. Breaks and leaving

You can delete your account at any time from My account, which removes it from our server immediately. Player Care can also set up a break, limits or deletion. See Responsible Play.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if the law requires it, or if we stop running the Service.

8. Our liability

The Service is free and provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise we aren't liable for lost coins, progress or data, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential loss.

9. Third parties

Google Sign-In and any outside sites we link to, such as support charities, are run by other organisations under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their content.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and we'll post a notice on the site for any significant change. Carrying on using the Service means you accept the update.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
