Your login details are safe
Our forms and account system are server-based. When you join, sign in or send a message, your details go straight to our server over HTTPS. They're never written into the page, saved in your browser, or placed in any table, query or file a visitor can see.
- Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash. No one at Rinyaya can see yours, and we'll never ask for it.
- Account records are kept in a locked server folder blocked from the web.
- Sessions use a secure httpOnly cookie, with a new ID every time you sign in.
- Brute-force protection: five wrong passwords pause sign-in for 15 minutes.
- Google Sign-In is verified by our server directly with Google. We receive only your name and verified email.
- Every form submission is recorded in a protected server log (never including passwords) so we can investigate problems.
Tip: use a unique password, sign out on shared devices and tell us straight away if anything looks wrong.
How our forms work
- Contact and Player Care: processed on our server and emailed to our team over an authenticated, encrypted mail connection, with a secure log copy so nothing goes missing.
- Joining and signing in: checked on the server. Any problem is explained on the page, and nothing is saved until everything is correct.
- Spam protection: hidden checks keep bots out without puzzles for you.
